Accommodation will be provided on first come first basis in the guest houses within the campus on payment basis (@ INR 500 per room/day)
For student participants, accommodation will be provided on sharing basis (@ INR 250 per person/day) in the guest house of university within the campus
Stay has been organized as per your arrival / departure details (received via SCI Team)
Accommodation will be provided Max for 3 days
The guesthouse accommodation will be provided to the duly registered guest(s)only
Guests will be asked to present his/her valid identity card, passport or other ID document substituting an identity card to relevant reception desk staff of the guesthouse immediately after arrival
